The AGS professional staff includes four (4) fulltime valuers who specialise within designated geographical areas and an experienced consultant valuer who provides additional expertise where required. All Valuers have a good working knowledge of the diverse market in which we operate with well established quality control and communication systems. In addition, each Valuer has specific local knowledge of market trends and issues within each Valuer's designated geographical area. Our Valuers are required to be registered with the Department of Fair Trading, are members of the Australian Property Institute and are required to undertake Institute approved formal training for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) every year to ensure the balance between knowledge and experience.
